Hi There! My name is Katy, and that's my handsome husband, Ian, and we are Paleo Eaters and food lovers. I have a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu, and I have been working in the restaurant industry for almost ten years, and I also have experience teaching cooking classes. I was overweight for a long time, and came to the Paleo lifestyle in 2011 after losing 65 pounds and looking for a way to maintain my weight loss and heal numerous health problems.
By eating a Paleo diet I have healed myself from chronic headaches, migraines, depression, heartburn, and I have also managed my symptoms of PCOS (polycistic ovarian syndrome) with diet alone, and no medication.

I just stumbled across your blog and I just love it! I started the Paleo diet a couple of weeks ago and I am constantly researching articles, blogs, recipes, etc. I suffer from chronic migraines, fibromyalgia, and a bad back (that I injured when I was 15). I am really hoping this "diet" helps!
